    Newest pariSoma Addition: Stephanie Ng

Meet the newest addition to the pariSoma team, Stephanie! Stephanie recently graduated from UCSB where she studied Business Economics and French. During her four years at UCSB Stephanie studied abroad in Paris and fell in love with the country! Previously, she has worked in PR and Marketing and will continue to do so as an intern here at pariSoma. She is excited to learn more about coworking and hopes to help build the bridge between Paris and San Francisco. When she is not blogging, facebooking, twittering, and researching, Stephanie enjoys playing tennis, camping, snowboarding and especially traveling. However, you won’t be seeing much of Stephanie this next year – she’ll be living in Lille, France teaching middle school and interning remotely for pariSoma.

    Founders Stories: David Hu

Coworker of the week: Jay Schooler

Meet this week’s coworker of the week, Jay!
Originally from Southern California, Jay now lives further north in the city of San Francisco. Since college he’s spent time working and traveling. Now he’s (incredibly) figured out a way to work independently, travel, while trying to figure out what he want to be when he grows up.

We don’t see a ton of Jay around because he’s travelling all the time and skilled in the fields of Shuriken, evasion, and furtiveness. He’s a tough one to pin down, though he’s made himself a regular at the pariSoma Beer Connect, sometimes coming straight from the airport to partake.

Jay’s favorite quotation comes from Ralph Waldo Emerson: “Life wastes itself while we are preparing to live.”

Check out our coworkers of the week to learn more about our members!

    Startup Fair

As you can probably tell, pariSoma is getting involved in events that aren’t just in our space. One of those is the Startup Fair in Mountain View at Hacker Dojo. Tomorrow is the LAST DAY to register for this great event, so don’t miss it!

We’d like to invite you to Startup Fair at Hacker Dojo! It’s an event for entrepreneurs and early-stage startup companies to demo their products to angel investors and other entrepreneurs for valuable feedback, customer development, and possible investment opportunities. You must have a demo-able product by two-weeks before the event date. If you have existing users/customers, it would be a big plus. While we’d like to see all entrepreneurs, time and space are limited. So, please fill out the following simple form and we will contact you soon. Companies that plan to release a new product or announce a new release at the event will qualify for premium press coverage. Please inquire for details.

Sign up here for a chance to demo!
