Julian Nachtigal was born in Washington, DC but grew up in Costa Rica. He is fluent in English and Spanish, as well as conversational in French.
He is the Business Manager of PariSoMa and a Project Manager for faberNovel, Inc. working with Clement to build the PariSoMa bridge.

Clément Alteresco was born in Paris and he’s fluent in French, Spanish and English.
He works for faberNovel France and is in charge of following San Francisco’s activity, “building the bridge” !

John Faber has been an expert in identifying new internet technologies and trends since 1991. John created one the first Bay Area “business only” internet service providers in 1993: ISP Networks. John sold ISP Networks in the beginning of 2000 to a large telecom. For the next two years John worked as the technical sales engineer designing hardware and network topologies and web applications for Fortune 500 companies. John started using Drupal in early 2003 for a hobby site. John has been an avid Drupal user and community member ever since. John is the COO of the af83, Inc. San Francisco office.

Sean Savage is a designer, strategist, entrepreneur, activist and connector who’s passionate about fixing the world through social media. Sean co-founded PariSoMa, he founded PlaceSite, Inc. and his clients have included Intel, Adaptive Path, Scient and France Telecom. His writing about social tech has been published in Wired, The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune and dozens of other publications.
Now Sean’s leading DIYcity: San Francisco and he’s part of the dream team building the Architectural League of New York’s groundbreaking Breakout! Festival. Sean holds a Masters degree from UC Berkeley’s iSchool where he studied business strategy, urban planning and design.

Ellen Oh is the Executive Director of Kearny Street Workshop, the nation’s oldest Asian American multidisciplinary arts organization. She keeps herself busy curating exhibitions, organizing educational workshops, planning events and performances, and of course raising money and promoting all of KSW’s programs. Ellen has a Masters Degree in Arts Administration from Columbia University and over ten years experience working in nonprofit arts organizations across the country including Sundance Institute, the Museum of Modern Art, the Smithsonian Institution, and the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco.

Taylor Rogers moved to San Francisco from Boston in June of 08 to do on-camera hosting. Since then, he has added camera operation and editing skills to his arsenal and is on a mission to create compelling video content for the San Francisco community. In his free time, Taylor enjoys running, surfing, and playing the guitar.

Kieran Farr is a transplant from the midwest and works on VidSF.com, a local video events, nightlife and culture outlet for San Francisco. He has a broad array of experience in videography, web development, and advertising. He founded a student television at his Alma Mater Indiana University, channelling the efforts of hundreds of students and over $500,000 in university funding, while also pursuing a double BA/BS in Television Production and Business. Despite his status as a San Franciscan transplant, he gets his City street cred by driving a taxi a few days a week.
Raphael Knapp is a French wine importer based in San Francisco. He founded International Vineyards five years ago. His intention was to find small, authentic producers from France, and bring them to the test of the California palate. He currently import some 80 labels from roughly 20 producers. Raphael consistently travel to France to find those little gems that will end up in one of the many restaurant wine lists or wine retailer shelves that the Bay Area has to offer. He also teaches many French wine classes and seminars in San Francisco and beyond.
Carlo Mogavero grew up in San Diego, CA and moved to the Bay Area in 1999 to work in IT in a K-12 school district. Now for the past year, he has focused on building Drupal based sites, top to bottom, for non-profit organizations and will be releasing software for both the iPhone and Android platforms. Luke McCormick has been obsessed with the Internet since the 80s, when as an engineering student he spent many late nights in the computer labs exploring what was then known as the ARPAnet. He moved to the Bay area in the early 90s and, after the obligatory stint at Apple, became an early employee at Cisco Systems, where he was known as “Web Guy.” At the same time, he started a music website called RockWeb, producing the first sites for Joan Osborne, David Grisman, and many others. He’s done time as an artist, programmer, producer, project manager, business analyst, and CEO for companies including Photography.com, iwin.com, eStar.com, mBed, CMP, and Accenture.
Luke holds a BS in Computer Science from Columbia University and an MBA in Marketing from UC Davis, and has recently become enamored with Drupal as an enabling platform.
Jon Bishop is an online marketer, but has worn many other hats in his career. He has done work for large corporations (Sony, Activision, Capcom), small businesses (Dads Adventure, Traumacare.com, GameMax) and non-profits (Boot Camp for New Dads, National Foundation for Trauma Care). He is most at home reading about the latest trends in technology and the web. He spends his time enjoying concerts and disc golf in Golden Gate Park, shows at The Independent and boxing at Third Street Boxing Gym.
Allese Thomson works with art galleries, human rights groups and Internet start-ups, building online communities, writing websites, corporate blogs and reporting for online newspapers. When she’s not juggling myriad freelancing jobs, you can find her working on her never-ending novel, planning globe-trots with her husband or hanging with her dog, Riley.
