pariSoma’s New Space
The pariSoma Innovation Loft would like to extend a warm welcome to Papaya Mobile, Awayfind, Work4Labs, VidCaster, Proton Radio, and Chugulu to our new space!
We’ve enjoyed our time at 1436 Howard, but we’re now thrilled to announce that we’re moving to a space that better suits our needs as we’re growing!
Our new space with over 10,000 square feet is just around the corner at 169 11th Street at Minna. It features 2 levels, including a beautiful wood-floored mezzanine overlooking the open space and 20+ feet ceilings!

Our new services will include the following:
More membership options with more benefits to come - 4 different memberships will be available with rates starting at $50/month:
- Virtual member: mailing address
- Community mobilizer: 9-6pm, 1 day per week
- Coworking master: full time open desk, 2 hours of meeting room
- Coworkaholic: full time private desk, 6 hours of meeting room
All memberships include – reliable fast wifi, network printing, fax/copy/scan, coffee/tea/water, kitchen access and weekly events. Day passes will be offered in singles or packs of 10 with 9-6pm access. Our 2 meeting rooms, Coit Tower and Champs-Elysées, can hold up to 6 people and 20 people respectively. Furnished private offices begin at a low rate of just $1035/month with capacities varying from 2 to 6 people.
pariSoma Guru program - The pariSoma Gurus are a group of mentors including experienced entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, angel investors, engineers, marketing wizards, product specialists, journalists, and designers who are on the cutting edge of innovation. Our Gurus will drop in the space from time to time, schedule 1-on-1 meetings, give talks during pariSoma lunches, and conduct advice office hours. Gurus include:

Startup services - Startup services are here to help lessen your administrative housekeeping headaches so you can focus on what’s important. Startup services are available in 3 different packages starting at $350/month and will include office management, accounting, tax filing and human resources. A la carte packages are also available for the following: visibility, legal services, recruitment, incorporation and visa services.
